Cooking for me was coming home to a meal someone else made. Now after spending a week of cooking classes with Chef Paola I have learned how wonderful and rewarding it can be to turn ingredients into a gourmet meal. Her style of cooking puts a smile on everyone’s face and teaches you how much fun cooking can be. The entire staff are always their to help you and the accommodations at the Casa are wonderful and the setting is beautiful. A must for the experienced and the novas like me. I look forward to coming back again!
