For someone who had no confidence in cooking this experience was fabulous. Paola is the most patient as well as the most inspiring of instructors. The ambiance of the villa Casa Ombuto is delightful, the food superb, the staff cannot do enough for you. I am recommending this course to whoever will listen to me. One of the best holidays that I have had. I have actually been able to reproduce what I learnt now that I home.
