I have attended several excellent cooking "schools" and benefitted immensely. Our week's retreat at Bellorcia proved to be much more than a cooking school, far surpassing our expectations. After a full day on the road, we were immediately soothed into total relaxation upon arriving at the architecturally exceptional Bellorcia. Our warm and charming Chef Laura was most skillful with culinary tutoring while being very aware of each student's needs and abilities. The effervescent Sheena tended to our every concern. The outstanding cooking sessions were exceeded only by the eating experience shared with our cooking "famiglia" and generous libation of outstanding quallity. It was a truly unique experience to feel as though Bellorcia had become our home where we were acquiring new skills with the tailored degree of culinary challenge while being immersed in total relaxation. The only dilemma----repeat Bellorica or try another Tuscookany site? Harry & Connie W

Dear Harry and Connie,
I know we spoke on the phone prior to you booking as you expressed you are a very experienced cook and you were questioning whether the Bellorcia Tuscany cooking classes would be challenging enough. Laura is thrilled to hear that we did indeed succeed! You are welcome back and we are willing to take on the challenge either at Bellorcia again or one of the other villas - Torre del Tartufo or Casa Ombuto.
Happy cooking from the Tuscookany team!
