My sister and I attended the one day course and it was a hands on first class experience. Paola was the best teacher you can get. We learnt so much in a relaxed well equipped kitchen and have put that knowledge to good use. It was so friendly, and I really can not endorse this cookery day enough. The proof of the experience was eating what we made and it was outstanding and the wines that matched each course we're wonderful. It was authentic Italian cooking and it was a great privilege to be a part of such a great day. I would definitely go back, and have nothing but praise for the whole experience from start to finish. If you love Italy you will fall in love with the memories created here, massive thanks to everyone.
