How do you beat this these great cooking classes in Tuscany

My wife and I just spent the past week at Torre del Tartufo. She's a good cook, I'm not. We had the most marvelous time. The venue is spectacular, the company was great and the cooking was a lot of fun (even for a non-cook like myself). I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Room Tip: As the only couple in our group we had a suite that faced the garden and pool. It was fabulous.
