You see my daughter and I spent a week in the hills of Tuscany at Torre del Tartufo cooking school. When she wanted to do something special for my 80th birthday she wanted me to decide what we would do. When I saw the video on you tube that Beth made when she and her two daughters went it did not take me long to let my daughter know what I wanted to do. From the very start of booking the trip everyone including Liz and Lena were very helpful in answering all my questions. Franco is a culinary wizard, his cooking skills and passion for cooking were out of this world. As well as his partner Paola. Lena was there for us and on our day off she put together a trip to two different towns for any one who wanted to go. She was always there for us with a smile on her face. The laughter and joy we shared with my fellow travelers created wonderful memories that are truly unforgettable. We bonded immediately as a team. I will never forget them and sometimes I go to bed with a smile on my face. If I had a wish it would be that everyone I know could experience one week at the cooking school. I love all of you at the school and thank you for the heavenly week.
