Boy was I wrong, I not only learned a lot from Chef Laura but gained a new confidence to try new things. The experience was a special vacation, the cooking class began at 3 pm and two days were free for excursions. I made new friends, laughed a-lot and ate great meals! Plenty of time to sightsee the Val d’orcia area. The staff was amazing, the villa exceeded expectations and the serene surroundings were perfect. Laura, Eno, Antonella, Brian and Claudia were engaging, friendly and amazing. Would return in a heartbeat! I gave one star for spa since there was no spa and I could not use N. A.
