“Fantastic Week at Tuscookany - Torre del Tartufo”

We had a fabulous time at Torre del Tartufo in September 2012. Chef Franco and Paulo were super - and with their teaching, coaching and final touches, the meals we enjoyed each evening were superb. Not to mention the wine, as well as the liqueur Franco served us after dinner each night. We had great fun all week and enjoyed the humor, laughter and stories of Franco, Paulo and our fellow cooking companions. The breakfasts and lunches were great too. Our accommodations were excellent as was the entire villa and property with its swimming pool, hot tub, patio, dining room and view of the Tuscan Hills. Manager Barbara was great - helped us retrieve the luggage the airline lost, gave us good advice on side trips in Tuscany and organized the one day group excursion to an family run olive oil operation, a goat farm and cheese making, and wine tasting at a fabulous estate. It was a fantastic week!
