Fabulous Week of cooking in Tuscany
Ever since I saw “Under the Tuscan Sun” twenty years ago, I have dreamed of staying in a Tuscan villa. For several years, my husband and I have had a “Bucket List” trip that involved taking a cooking class in Tuscany. A friend knew of Tuscookany, Paola, and Casa Ombuto. She and her husband, another couple, my husband and I decided to go. We had the BEST time! Casa Ombuto is picture-perfect! Claudia and the staff take excellent care of everything. We were treated so well! Chef Paola is a rock star! Her dynamic personality, outstanding cooking skills, and vast experience provide a challenging, yet very fun, week of cooking. A highlight was meeting the other fellow students. We bonded in the kitchen and in sharing our creations for dinner. There were lots of laughs!! I highly recommend Tuscookany at Casa Ombuto.
