Fabulous week loved every minute
If you have some passion for cooking this is a wonderful week. Every aspect of the schedule is well thought out. Great array of dishes and hands on learning. Note to self take more notes. Cookbook with all the recipes provided and you are busy with your own responsibilities you need to makes some time to get to check out the other teams activities. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. We happened to love everyone in our week and all became friends during the week. Torre del tartufo is beautiful and the facilities and grounds are lovely. My husband and friends husband didn't cook but had a great time nonetheless. Would come back in a flash.
