I tagged along with a girlfriend for part of the week long Italian Cooking experience. I was only able to stay three evenings, which was way too short. I wish I had planned to stay for the duration. The school, buildings, surroundings, pool, etc. were stunning. The people who cook and serve you were charming. The chef, Poala, was entertaining, smart, charming. The owners were on site and they were welcoming, gracious and interesting. The food was amazing and the people I met who were on site for the school were delightful. I hope to be able to return and enjoy the entire experience. If you like serenity, it's a fantastic respite!
