“Exceeded Expectations”

Our Tuscookany Cooking Vacation at Casa Ombuto from Sep. 28-Oct. 5, 2013 exceeded our expectations. The facilities are comfortable and charming. Chef Laura Giusti and the entire staff did wonders to facilitate the lessons and always had a smile. We loved preparing and eating so many delicious meals accompanied by an array of lovely wines. The dining table settings for each lunch and dinner were creative and beautiful, definitely "magazine quality". Sheenah, the manager made sure every detail went smoothly. We were very fortunate to meet and share the week with a group of 10 people that shared similar interests and blended as if they were old friends. Laura Giusti is an amazing chef with a passion and patience to teach. Every dish we made during the week is one we look forward to making again. Laura was a dynamo, making sure everything came together as it should. We learned to cook, but most important we became cooks.
