Where do I begin ... Casa Ombuto was everything we dreamed of plus more.
Chef Laura was absolutely amazing and taught my team of 16 chefs the authentic cuisine of Italy. Laura's girls that helped her in the kitchen were so friendly and impressive the way they worked.
I hope to come back here someday but I will for sure be bringing her to the states for more learning.
Alex and Kata were so welcoming and accommodating...what a special team with huge hearts
