All expectations were Far Exceeded at Casa Ombuto one-week Italian Cooking and Hiking. Casa Ombuto is beyond beautiful and so comfortable. Chef Paola, Claudia, and all the staff were amazing! Paola is an extraordinary culinary chef with quite a sense of humor and a big heart. We all had a blast cooking with her! All the dishes we prepared were delicious with the freshest ingredients from the area. The excursions to the winery, cheese farm, and pottery store were so much fun and educational. The hikes were in amazing, forested areas in Tuscany. The pictures I have from this adventure are beautiful memories but nothing like being there - you must go!
