“Bucket list cooking school vacation”

In June four of my friends and I visited Torre for a seven day Italian Cooking Class. It was a second trip for me. I had previously attended the 7 day Mediterranean Cooking Class at Casa Ombuto. Both times left me yearning to return. The facilities are 5 star and the people are wonderful. You seldom see the housekeeping staff. You of course see your Chef and assistant and the Manager makes herself available to answer questions and arrange trips or transportation for you. You feel as if you have the run of the place for a week. The cooking school is great. If you are a serious foodie you can pick up some great technique and really hone your cooking skills. If you are just along for the ride...you can still have some fun in the kitchen. There is plenty of time to relax around the pool or have a massage. I would strongly recommend both places and I definitely will return.
