Better than the Best
How do you describe perfection?
After two years of planning and having dates not working, we finally made the class happen. We specifically sought out the Mediterranean Cooking Class and were not disappointed in the least. Liz Carver was so patient with al of the changes that Covid and cancer created for us. I would like to say that Liz was the best but in fact she set the stage for EVERYONE we encountered along the way.
Our driver, arranged by Tuscookany, led us to Casa Ombuto and our home for a week. When Tuscookany puts you up in a villa, the mean it! Our room was amazing and the service second to none.
Our Chef Instructor Alicia is a true professional as cooking for her is also her passion. Her passion extends to the students as well. While our class was larger than the normal size class, Alicia found time to work with us individually.
We are already looking at our next lesson, it is that good!
