It was a fantastic experience, and better than I could have possibly hoped for. Our chef for the week, Paola Bettinni, was the highlight of the week, sharing her humor and knowledge, and really making an effort to get to know each and every one of us (there were 13 in our class). The same goes for the entire staff, who were all genuinely welcoming and helpful. The facilities were fantastic, and the Tuscan views go on forever! It was well worth every penny, and then some, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends.
