Chef Paola is amazing. She organized 6 of us in the kitchen to make many delicious dishes. The hikes were of moderate difficulty but we are in our 60s and managed them fine. Accommodations were comfortable and spotless. We loved trying different wines and home made liquors. We enjoyed the excursion to the winery and farm where they make cheese. Everything was perfect and we plan to return to Casa Ombuto.
