My decision to book for the week long italian cooking course at Casa Ombuto was a spontaneous one and I was quite apprehensive about going by myself. To say that it was amazing is an understatement! It turned out to be one of the best choices I've ever made. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and pristine. The staff were delightful, the grounds are gorgeous and the lessons themselves were incredible! Paola Baccetti is one of the most intuitive cooks I've ever met and I learnt so much from her. I would highly recommend this course to anyone!
