We recently stayed at Casa Ombuto for a week. It was the most amazing vacation! Chef Paola taught us how to make so many delicious Tuscan dishes using the freshest ingredients from their beautiful garden and from the local people. Paola was patient, professional, and so much fun. She makes the week!! No matter your age or your skill level, everyone is able to participate and enjoy it. Every class was a new adventure and the dishes we prepared were delicious.
The accommodations are 5 star!! The pictures on the website don't do it justice! Everyone who works at Casa Ombuto are extremely friendly and helpful. As an added bonus, we had a great group to cook with and had a lot of laughs together.
If you are looking for a cooking school in a relaxing and beautiful, environment with amazing staff then this is the place for you!
