We have just returned from Casa Ombuto were we spent a week cooking in this lovely resort. The staff were amazing and Chef Paola is wonderful. She teaches tuscan cooking with flare patience and a lot of laughs. We met some fabulous people who were also cooking for the week. The trip they took us on the Tuesday to a Winery, Olive Oil Farm and Cheese factory was fantastic and lunch at the home of the Olive oil maker Franchesco was a wonderful experience, his family put on quite the spread. The area is beautiful and you can take long walks through hills. The freshness of all of the food and vegtables was very upscale, even the Guinea Hen I had to cut up (HAHA PAOLA). If you rally want a life changing experience Casa Ombuto is the place to come. A truly First Class Event.
