From the time I arrived until the time I left, it was an experience I’ll never forget. If you want to extend your culinary skills, Chef Franco the one who will expertly teach you. The kitchen is perfectly organized with Paola, to keep it running smoothly. To me this experience was multifaceted. I selected Torre del Tartufo because it was the largest of the facilities and I was traveling solo. The mixture of cooking, an excursion and free time made this “vacation” what exactly the participant wants for themselves. There was free time before the class began, at which time, you can sit by the pool, have a spa day, or go off the property. The property is breathtaking, and the villa is rustic, cozy, classy and comfortable. Alex greeted each participant as we arrived on our first day. During our initial, “meet, greet and eat” session as I called it, he gave an introduction of the activities for the week and a tour of the facility. He was available each day to make sure we had what we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I could go on, but you have to see for yourself, it will exceed your expectations.
