“Amazing week of cooking and meeting lifelong friends in Tuscany”

Words can not begin to explain this cooking experience. Chef Laura was awesome! I I attended a week Med. class. Her desire to make sure that the classes covered the dishes that everyone wanted to learn to cook was great. Her ability to change things up both in the food prep and utilizing some ingredients for other dishes not part of the curriculum was very interesting. Very hands on and tons of fun. I learned new skills, techniques and food preparation planning. Definitely learned a lot and hope to come back again. I had a great group of classmates, we hung out all the time all went on excursions together. We ate, drank and were very merry. Thanks also to all the staff who made this one of the most memorable trips I've taken.
