Had a fantastic week at Casa Ombuto on the Mediterranean cooking week - learnt new skills and grew in confidence with cooking. I have already made fresh pasta at home as well as many other of the recipes. Laura was brilliant and we were all very sad to leave. I hope to be back. Thank you Laura
