Amazing Italian cooking experience

By the end of October 2021 I went to Casa Ombuto for an Italian cooking course. I learned a lot from Chef Paola Baccetti for example: home made Ravioli, Crostada cake, Lamb,… we made all the classic Italian dishes and more. Every week, there is an excursion with olive and wine tasting, and a pizza night. Besides that the place is gorgeous and my room had a cosy fireplace. I really had a great holiday.
