Had an amazing experience with Tuscookany, first at Torre del Tartufo with Chef Franco and then at Casa Ombuto with Chef Paola. The cooking classes are excellent - learned many new Italian dishes and techniques, the fresh pasta and ravioli making were especially fun. Both Chef Franco and Chef Paola are excellent teachers, tailoring the lessons to the personalities, skill levels, and desires of all the guests present. Both venues are absolutely stunning villas in the heart of Tuscany near the city of Arezzo, they are even more beautiful than the pictures imply. And the entire Tuscookany staff is friendly, warm, helpful, and ensures you are enjoying yourself when cooking, eating, exercising, exploring, or just relaxing with the Tuscan hills as your backdrop. Recommend for all cooking levels - all you need is a willingness to learn. Can't wait to return!
