We had the best time, made wonderful memories, and were spoiled rotten learning to cook wonderful food. The meals were wonderful, the accommodations were nice (one must be able to do stairs), and the staff were very professional and became friends for life. There were other people at the class with us, and they became lifelong friends as well. The location had a pool, many sitting areas, nice big rooms with kitchenettes (not used by us because the main kitchen was open 24/7 for our use), a sauna and work out area, and a beautiful garden. After the crowds throughout Italy, the peaceful calm was wonderful.
