Our coordinator CLAUDIA and the wonderful staff! A huge thank you to LARS for hosting an unforgettable week of cooking and connecting with a special team of professionals, "cooking with love" . Saturday, we were a class of strangers at the reception, eager and open minded to learn, who by Wednesday developed into a team of friends, helping one another out and giggling through our classes! That does not happen by accident or without the intentional leadership of the chef and support staff! Bravo! They have been providing this unique format in this relatively lesser-known area of Italy for nearly twenty years now and have got this figured out! What a beautiful resort and facility-an even better "new family" to return to someday. Could not recommend it more!
