A Slice of Heaven!
Casa Ombuto is a dream! So much more than a cooking school! I went here with a friend and we left with new friendships that we will have for years to come. Paola was the most amazing, patient chef you could ask for. She's funny, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable regarding food and cooking! I was amazed at the beauty of the property, the kindness of every single person who works there and the wealth of knowledge I left with to bring home to my family. It's a busy week, but full of so much information and fun experiences. For sure do the hiking and cooking week so you can see some of the countryside. Highly recommend this to all - regardless of their cooking experience. Thank you Lars, Pippa, Paola and Lena and all for a wonderful time!
