A dream for a foodie person..

I took a one week italian course - Poula was our chef- this was one of a best weeks of my life - Poula was amazing, i was amazed to see how well she handeled different types of students with all kinds of skills. Although im used to cooking in a restaurant - i learned soooo much. I loved the relaxed enviroment and how they seemed to have thought of everything. I would recomend to ppl to have a car while staying there because you have a lot of freetime.
