We recently (August 2015) stayed at the Tartufo Tuscookany school and loved it! We've been to a number of schools/cooking lessons and this was by far one of the best and most fun. The Chef and his wife were just fantastic, as was all the staff. The kitchen is top flight, with ample and excellent equipment. The lessons were highly detailed, fully interactive and really taught us some new tricks in the kitchen. At the same time, they were not overwhelming (or overly dumbed down) for participants of various skill levels. And the take-home cookbook is really a great reference point for so much more cooking to come. Lastly, the day trips off property were lots of fun and equally as informative. Go there - you will not be disappointed!
